Recalling Phyllis Wallbank

One person I recall in Slough was Phyllis Wallbank. She was a charming elderly lady and went around in her motorised buggy. We had a few chats now and again. However, it was only after her passing that I  discovered she had played an important role in education. The piece below reveals "all" so to speak!
